Even with disabled badges in the windscreen and a four wheel drive vehicle, you are not supposed to drive through a pedestrian zone in the middle of a Saturday afternoon in order to drop someone off at the Bank! I just wonder if I had been a few steps further on if the vehicle would have stopped. This is not an isolated incident and it would not surprise me in the least to hear of someone being knocked down and seriously injured on Bath Street before much longer.
